GEF Live is the live companion to the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo, 6–8 November 2026. Here are answers to the most common questions. Anything else, write to us.

Signing in
Enter the ticket code from your GEF ticket email (it looks like GEF-1234), then the 6-digit code we email to the address on your ticket. No code? Check spam, wait a minute and try again, or ask us to check the email on your ticket. Exhibitors sign in with the email they registered.
Your Event Pass
The Event Pass tab shows the QR code that gets you in. In the GEF app it works offline once you’ve opened it while signed in, so it’s there even without signal at the door. Turn your screen brightness up when you scan.
Notifications
Tap Turn on reminders in My GEF to get session reminders, messages and festival announcements. If you said no before, turn notifications on for GEF in your phone’s Settings.
Your account and data
Edit your profile from the account menu. To delete your account and the data you created in GEF Live, go to geflive.com/account/delete. Read how we handle your data in the privacy policy and the terms of use.
Report abuse
Tap Report on a question or chat message, or email us with “Child safety” or “Abuse” in the subject. Read our child safety standards.
